Return Policy

1. Your Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the day you or a person you designate (other than the carrier) physically receives the goods. This right is granted under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven).
You do not need to give any reason for your withdrawal.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires by sending a clear written statement of your decision to withdraw. You may:
- Email us at inca@inca-living.com with your order number and a statement of withdrawal, or
- Use the standardised withdrawal form provided by the Danish Consumer Ombudsman (Forbrugerstyrelsen), available at www.forbrug.dk.
We will acknowledge your withdrawal request by email. The withdrawal period is met if you send your communication before the 14-day period expires.
3. Returning the Goods
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods to us without undue delay, and in any event within 14 days of the date on which you notified us.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit back to us.
4. Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. You may examine the product as you would in a physical shop. However, if the product shows signs of use beyond this, we reserve the right to reduce your refund by an amount reflecting the reduction in value.
Products should be returned in their original packaging where possible.
5. Refunds
We will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not the cost of return shipping), without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day on which we receive the returned goods.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
6. Defective Products
If you believe your product is defective, this is governed by your statutory 2-year right of complaint under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Please refer to Section 7 of our Terms & Conditions and contact us at inca@inca-living.com. We will cover return shipping costs for defective items.
