We currently ship to 24 countries across Europe, North America, and the Asia-Pacific region. Your available shipping options are shown automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping is a flat $25 USD per item (approximately €23 / 170 DKK, shown in your selected currency at checkout). The amount scales with the number of items in your order. The exact total is confirmed before you complete payment.

You choose your preferred carrier at checkout. Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and are not guaranteed; actual times may vary with the destination country, carrier delays, public holidays, or customs clearance.

3. Carriers

We ship exclusively with PostNord and UPS. You select which carrier should handle your order at checkout. The chosen carrier is confirmed in your shipping confirmation email, along with a tracking link.

4. Tracking

When your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel with the carrier. If you have not received this email within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us at inca@inca-living.com.

5. Customs & VAT

For all EU destinations, prices displayed include VAT at the applicable local rate, calculated at checkout via the EU OSS scheme. You will not be charged additional VAT or customs duties upon delivery within the EU.

Switzerland is not part of the EU. Orders to Switzerland may be subject to Swiss VAT and import duties upon delivery, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Norway is not part of the EU. Orders to Norway may be subject to Norwegian VAT and import duties upon delivery, which are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking the Norwegian Customs Authority website for current thresholds and rates.

All shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that for non-EU destinations, any applicable import duties and taxes are assessed upon arrival and are the buyer's responsibility to pay before the parcel is released.

Note on duties for non-EU destinations: The Stormglass is priced at €135. This is below the de-minimis threshold in many countries — for example, USD $800 in the United States — meaning duties are typically not assessed at this price point. However, thresholds and policies vary by country and are subject to change, so we cannot guarantee duty-free import. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you are unsure.
